hello Mylotters!
I have this short story to tell you about a native man from a remote village situated on mountainous area who once came down the city to seek for better opportunity and to discover some things. Upon his way to the city they pass by the sea, and the man was so amaze with the large body of water flowing back and fort at the seashore. So he stopped the bus to come for a closer look, and when he finally reach the shore he begun saying ignorantly,"WOW! Is this the kind of water they have here in the city, the water is alive and it comes and go....comes and go!" The man took a plastic bag from his bag and filled it with some sea waters. "My villagers must see this amazing water from the city that has life and it comes and go...comes and go!"So he headed back into the mountain excitedly to show what he had get and discovered from the city, Upon his way back home he took a sleep for his long travel back home! He gathers all the villagers for them to witness such a wonderful thing. He tells them about the water that he think it is alive and moving back and fort. He took a basin and finally pour on the water, what surprises him and everybody is that the water is not moving like the ways he use to tell.He thinks that something might be wrong. He smelled the water and taste it and suddenly saying,"Ahaaa! somebody put some salt in the water that cause him to die and not to come and go...come and go any more!

My comment: there is an answer/solution for each problem! And if there is not just make one up and tell it as if you believe it yourself. This way everybody will believe you and trust you!

Hahaha! I do not know what to think. Yes, there are really situation when ignorance can be entertaining but a very bad place to be in with. Because as they say ignorance excuses no one. Funny how I assume that every story has a special message. But in this, just a message. Hehe nothing special ,maybe that ignorance can entertain you. Actually I am more interested in the villager's created. I guess there is a sequel to this story. _winks_

Quite interesting but then maybe in time someone shared with him that the people would need to be there like he was to see the waters come and go like he did. When you take any water that was once moving and place it somewhere else, unless you make it move it will stand still.

hi thanks for the second laugh of the day.poor guy well at least to
him it sounded logical. since he thought the water was alive then in his reasoning there had to be a reason for it not to go back and forth. love it cause and effect in his eyes. lol lol lol.even for we who are not ignorant its wonderful to see the tides that push and pull the water in and out and know the moon affects the tides.

It is humorous, but at the same i wonder how ignorant or innocent can a person be?The way the story is told it appears to go back to a time when civilization wasn't advanced.Or it could be about a rustic who hasn't seen the ways of the world? But the worst part is that the entire people in the said person's village are sailing in the same boat.I commend you for bringing this discussion to the fore as it is a welcome comic deviation from the more serious discussions that we have on mylot.

thank you so much my friend. This is actually one of the bed time stories being told to us by our grand father before we go to sleep, maybe because he wants as to smile before sleeping to forget the stress that the day had brought to us . So that we will have a nice and wonderful sleep!hehehe! thanks for enjoying it! There are some more stories that i can remember and hope I could share it here in Mylot soon. :)
