i usually wouldn't drink nearly as much milk as i do but because of the little bun in the oven i am pretty much forced to drink like 2-4 glasses daily. sometimes it can be really annoying to drink plain milk. so i started buying chocolate syrup to add to my milk. it really helps alot because i love chocolate lol. also milk in general is good during pregnancy because of certain symptoms that occur (aside from obvious health benefits). i have been having alot of heartburn since i got pregnant and i am just glad to know that drinking milk in general helps to alleviate it because it can get really uncomfortable especially when i am trying to sleep.

Yes Chocolate milk is good but not all the time. If you take supplements that has the amount of calcium in it you shouldn't have to take tons of milk like that, I was pregnant 5 times and I took at least one good chocolate milk cup per day and at least one or two ordinary milk. What is good for heart burn is ginger and acidophiles which helps with you bowel movements. Drink enough water and walk.
