I'm not really that excited, but I am curious though on how the chief justice and his plethora of lawyers would try to dance around this. Call me a cynic or a pessimist when it comes to government officials but I never once believed the veracity of their SALN, especially those holding key positions in the government.

yeah, excited may have been an exaggerated mood in anticipation of the resumption of the impeachment trial. i am just looking forward to the explanation of the chief justice regarding his bank accounts. i think after this trial, the country can only be better. let's join the ride of this development.

We all hope so that this trial (whether by legal means or by publicity) will go on, end and leave its mark in history. So we, as a nation can move on and let go (and accept whatever the court will decide upon). I think this trial has been dragged too many times by many delays (it's your judgement whose fault is it). I think in this chapter of the trial, once in for all things will be explained and we will know exactly who is the innocent and the worthy persons.

I am not really excited for his testimony about his alleged million-peso or dollar bank accounts because it has consumed substantial amount of time for his defense team to iron certain flaws of his bank accounts, if you know what I mean to say. It has gone too far- I think this is what President Noy meant during his rejoinder about CJ Corona's statement a few weeks ago that he will be revealing his dollar accounts BUT in "appropriate" time- which the President questioned as when would that "appropriate" time will exactly be?.. if you can only remember. Therefore I am not excited to hear his side, And I already have the amorphous words in my head about what the CJ will be saying in time he'll be or his wife will be called upon to the senate to defend themselves.
