Pet peeve==It is something that bothers you which other people may not be bothered by.
Pet peeve#1: Several days ago, I was sitting at the passengers seat on my way to work. I saw the driver counting his money over and over and over again. He folded those thick bills into two, count them, fold them again and count them again...aaagh! it's annoying for me..
Pet peeve #2: I was on break at the office, we sat at the lounge and I heard the sound of my friend's cellphone's keypad while she was texting..aagh! it's annoying as hell too...
These are just two of my pet peeves that I recently realized. What's yours?

One of my biggest pet peeves is people eating. When I hear them chewing it grosses me out, and also if they make a lot of noise while eating. It drives me crazy. I can hear my dad chewing all the way from the kitchen and he even chews with his mouth closed, but he's still so loud.

Aw! that's tough...everybody does that...but that's one thing too...
It could be weird as it may sound, but I hate people eating pop corns inside the theater, I hate hearing it when I'm watching...I don't know where to sit...LOL!

I hate it too! Whenever I hear my dad chewing so loud, and other people too especially men, they chew so loud! I think it's so gross it make me not want to eat anything anymore. I don't know why or what's gross about that but I don't like that sound.

That is a annoying pet peeve, I would classify that one into "too much repetition". Your second pet peeve is my pet peeve as well. My girlfriend has all touch Android phone, and it makes that annoying "tick" sound every time she types. I really dont like it! I'm just glad she doesn't type very ofter. I would classify that pet peeve under "annoying sounds".
My Top 5 worst pet peeves are mostly under "Annoying Sounds", plus2 other ones.
1) Squeaky sounds - I hate the sound of squeaky sounds. Some sources are car breaks, rubbing a balloon with your finger, rubbing a wet plastic baggy with a vegetable (ugg, I really dont like that sound), general grinding of metal on other surfaces.
2) People popping their joints - Its a nasty sound. I hear it all the time in public places. Really unpleasant to here.
3) People who *intently* chew their nails - I can't stand this. Its really bad when a person does it energetically. It always makes me think they are nervous or anxious about something, which makes me anxious. I don't like behaviors that make me anxious.
4) People with loud or high pitched voices (or both) - Sorry people, but if you have a loud voice or a high voice, or both, such as a young child, that is one of my biggest pet peeves. It hurts my ears and makes me cringe.
5) People talk to me at the same time & continue - I am sure many people will agree with me on this one. It is pretty annoying when 2 people try talk to me without trying to stop and let the other person talk. There are many situations where this happens. On the phone, someone talking to me whos next to me, or just being a group of people and multiple people are talking to me at once. Can't stand it, especially if they dont realize that someone is trying to talk to me as well. Its a bother.
Those are my top 5 worst. Theres others, but these are the worst.

I have several. The two that really bother me are people like TV weather reporters or news reporters using "real" when they should use "really" and reporting some event like a natural disaster or amount of snow or something and saying it was the largest or most or something ever when they should be saying on record. I am sure they don't know the about 4 billion year history of the Earth to be able to say ever rather than on record.

People talking on a cell phone in a public place and not only talking on a cell phone, but talking loudly, as if there weren't other people around. That really does get on my nerves. It takes a moderate degree of self control not to get up and slap the cell phone right out of their hands. It is just so annoying and obnoxious and it just bothers me as well. It is something that I'd prefer not be done in any way whatsoever.
Also another thing that really busts me is when people who want a question answered but then interrupt when the question is being answered to argue. That really is something that I can scarcely wrap my head around that. Why even bother answering the question in the first place. I don't know and it does bother me. There are many others but those two pet peeves come to mind straight away.

i have two as well. the main one is the fact that i walk with with a cane and have a hard time getting around and i often ride public transit. the first few seats are supposed to be for people such as myself however, people who are young always sit there and often dont even move when i get on the bus. i have had to stand on the bus a few times. then there are these kind people that move so i can sit down.
