it is always good to start your morning with a jogging or any form of exercise. Lately, me and my father have been doing that since istayed at home after college graduation and whenever i am free. Im seeing to it that we have at least 3 to 4 times a week doing our morning jogging. Jogging have a lot of advantages in terms with you becoming healthy. For me the most important i think is that it improves your cardiovascular system , wherein it also hepls in the circulation of blood in your body eventially helping individual not to acquire any cardiovascular diseases. It lowers your blood pressure,it burns fats, it improves your oxygen circulation in the body and etc.. Indeed there are so many helps when you jog.
Start jogging now,and get a better health after:)

I really agree with you on this. It's really a great and healthy habit to do some form of exercise every morning even if it's just walking around your neighborhood. I can't jog right now since I'm still prepping my body for it. I do however do brisk walking daily. Personally, I find exercising first thing in the morning helps me breeze through the day and makes my work a bit easier.

hi there! Yes its true:) because it gives you energy and warmed you up.. Yes! Walking also do good. Start with walking first,then slowly do the fast walking and ill tell you eventually you'll jog!

yes it does have many health benefits but first to those who want to attempt jogging now, consult your physician if you are clear to jog or assess yourself first. You might have a heart attack putting your hearth with too much stress that it can allow at its present state. It is good to be fit but it is better to be cautious. If I do not have a shifting schedule at work I would probably jog and indeed morning is the best time to job. It is cool and less people.

I agree with you that jogging is a very healthy exercise. However, sometimes I think it is a little boring. I prefer to have a walk as my daily exercise. Sometimes I will feel very tired to have a jogging, but walking for a long way is not a problem for me.

Jogging is very important for every person and it really affects directly to our health. Everyday in the morning or in the evening walking/jogging is very good to maintain good health as well as keeps us fit and strong.
We should never forget that : "HEALTH is WEALTH."

Oh, I agree!. My boyfriend do jog everyday. He's really in to this thing for the past years and I am glad that until now he's into it. He said that it is now part of his daily routines and although he feels lazy sometimes, it's still good that he can keep up with it. I myself don't jog that much, but I am more into biking. I think that isn't bad at all, it also helps me in keeping myself healthy in terms of exercise. It's just that I love the speed with biking a lot than with jogging. haha.. ;-) ^_^

Jogging was nice. I used to jog 7 miles daily. We lived near the greenbelt and it was great jogging on the belt. I couldn't continue for long however because I have one leg 12 degrees shorter than the other. I would get such bad leg cramps i had to quit. I went to the doctor who made a apparatus for my shoes but that made it very uncomfortable to try to run. So I had to quit.

I really do agree with you that jogging has a lot of health benefits. Seeing those joggers every morning, make me envy them.
I have tried jogging when we were in high school. But i don't find it good for me, since as i jog it seems to juggle the inside of my head.
Thus, i looked for other forms and found aerobics and dancing good for me.

Morning jogging is like get a fresh breath and warm up the heat of body. Not everyone are like to go for jog because busy with entire life or just because of laziness. Sweating is one of the waste products from our body through skin. It is must remove at least 2 days per weeks.
This is why we need to go for exercise begin with jog. Every cholesterol in our body must be burn from our body affected to weird disease that exist in this modern word. Take care your health. Indeed healthy lifestyle.
