I have been a slacker here lately. When I was in high school I used to lift weights 3 to 4 times a week and run between 10 and 20 miles a week. The past several years I have slowly become lazy and I'm honestly tired of it! I don't have any energy to play with my son when he wants to run around outside which I hate! I had a friend introduce me to Body by Vi...they have a 90 day challenge that I have joined and am looking forward to. They have these milkshakes that can be used as meal replacements or as nutritional supplements and they taste great! Has anyone else heard of Body by Vi? Has anyone tried it? What other things have you tried to get in shape?

I have just started doing the Body by Vi Challenge myself, and looking forward to seeing what type of results I get as well. It is interesting that the flavor is so good. I like mixing it with Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding.

Body for Vi is most probably similar to the Body-for-Life magazine I saw before, because they also use protein drink as one of their food replacement. They also have this six-meals-a-day plan that they said would speed up metabolism. I tried some of their tips and it is very helpful. After about 7 years later, now I also feel lazy to exercise so I gained some pounds and now I'm challenged again to try those things I learned before. They also said that the best aerobics is the one that you do sprintings because that is the way to burn fat faster. You can try these things because it worked for me before. I will also get back to doing these things myself.

Good day. As I read along your wonderful topic about getting fit, I believe that deep inside you, you have the ability to be in shape. You did it before and you can do it now. As you have wonderfully said, you're into a challenge. I like challenge and I know you too. I may not know that product that you mentioned but it is probably a meal replacement. I am into sports as a way of keeping my body in check. I don't play much now than before but it feels good to be physically fit to do the things you want to do.

Yup. HAHA I know exactly what you mean. I was the same way, ran and worked out all the time in high school, walked a couple of miles a day and danced in college and then when I got out of college, I just stopped.
I haven't gotten back into the "groove" of doing anything about it. I thought one day I'd get back into dancing which I used to do all the time. I spent about 45 minutes doing it that day and haven't again since... LOL Maybe now that the weather is warming up, I should go out and walk in the afternoons.
