Whats with the swapping of General managers for RAW and Smackdown?

hi friends.now whats going on in wwe.
suddenly laurinautis is taking over smackdown and teddy is taking over raw.
now laurinautis saying about pitting aksana against kane while teddy is planning on otunga take on the great khali.
its refreshing alright but what are they planning to do with this swapping thing?
besides i rather see otunga fight rather than being a sidekick.

That was about WWE Board of Directors wanted to see if Teddy & John handle the brands and both suppose matches did not happened. So the feud is going to be settle at Wrestlemania 28 with their own teams. I know this is stupid, but, it was the only way, because WWE had to nix their original plans, due to Wade Barrett's injury.
