how to make a paypal connection

i have already filled in all the information required.but when i add my debit card number it says that its an invalid number.
please do tell me how do i activate my debit card account.

Do you mean myLot or Paypal? In mylot you put in your PayPal email address. As far as I remember Paypal don't require you to be 'verified' to recieve money? Sorted it out yet?
