What kinds of organisation want to find out about people's opinions?

I think many organisation want to find out about people's opinion. First of all, enterprise want to know what customers think so they can adjust commercial plan and benefit from it. Secondly, government want to figure out what the people's lives are going on. Thirdly, I think schools are willing to hear students' feedback about lessons.
What do you think? What kinds of organisation want to find out about people's opinions? :)

There are many organizations that looks forward to hearing consumer's opinions. I think any organization that deals with community or marketing sort of businesses should always make sure that they listen to the opinion of their consumers in order to be able to pin point which areas needs to be improved and which areas are doing fine.
