I suffer from arthritis in my right hip and sometimes the pain goes down my leg also. I find that if I stand for a long time, say washing dishes or cutting up vegetables for supper it really hurts. Sometimes, the pain goes away just by going for a walk but sometimes it starts to hurt by walking or doing cleaning around the house. I take tylenol for the pain but it doesn't always help. I was just wondering if there are arthritis sufferers out there, what do you do for the pain? If you might have some easy remedies for me to try. Thanks, My Lot Friends!

In my idea, it is caused by the uric acid that has been accumulated in the joints that crystallizes at low temperature making joints hurts. In order to remove pain, you must expell the uric acid in your body. Also you ust reduce intake of uric acid. Avoid eating seeds of vegetables and fruits like beans as well as coffee (came from coffee beans). Here in the Philippines, there is a plant called "cat's whiskers" that helps in removing uric acid thru urination.
You may also apply liniments on the affected area. You may also prepare home-made liniment. Just apply small amount of oil on the area then place a very thin slice of ginger. Hope this will work.
