Having a debt is quite normal to anyone of us. May it be due to credit cards, loans, or to some friends or relatives you owe someone, it will be much easier if you accept the fact that having a debt is there to stay. All we have to think of is how to make it low and think of ways to lessen it or completely be free from it(for a certain period of time...hehehe...) Take note, I said the word think and not worry. Don't stress yourself too much on having a debt. Just deal with it and never run or hide away from it because later it may come back and haunt you. I for one has a huge debt to pay every month... It is costing me almost half of my salary and it will take me 3 years to finish it... After one year of settling a part of it, I managed to live my life normally and can still do what I love most, traveling. hehehe... Though it may not be as grand as going to Europe or the South Americas but still I can enjoy what life has to offer even when I am burdened with something. So don't worry, just think on what is the best way to deal with it. As they say, "If there is a will, there is a way." If you truly want to enjoy life but have some hindrances along the way, find a solution to go over or around that obstacle.

My first question is: what did you do to stop the debts on your credit cards?
If you did nothing then start making a pay off plan and most important: don't use them anymore.
If you made that plan, know when you pay off what amount on which card, you also know that one day, when every thing is payed off, this all will end.
So actually you found a solution to your problem, it just takes time till it's solved.
Pay off and enjoy your life. You used these cards to buy stuff.. enjoy these things or sell it if you don't need it.
Discover new possibilities in yourself, your life, your life style, be creative and live by the day or if that is too hard by the hour.
Think out small things that can make you feel happy, satisfied, forget the trouble for a while.
Think out cheap creative tastefull meals, read a book, watch movies, look for free things to get which you need etc. Get focused on that and be proud if you manage!

Very nice advice WakeUpKitty :) yeah, I already have a plan in place on how to avoid it getting any bigger and paying it every month. What saddens me is the knowledge that it will take quite a long while to finish everything
