Yes, I eat breakfast everyday. That is what gives me the energy to get my day started. I like eat cereal, bagels, or toast to start my day off.

yes I always eat breckfast it's a very good idea if I don't I just don't feel good the rest of the day.

Yes I have breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. If you don't have breakfast you are more likely to need to have a mid morning snack (which you will then be tempted to have something quick and unhealthy to satisfy the craving). Having a good hearty breakfast helps me keep the weight off as I snack less and it provides me with the energy to get my day started on the right foot.
Plus I love food so it is an opportunity to eat!! LOL!
