Some stranges in GPT,PTC,PTP sites

Hello mylotter & online earners, I and you all know lot of earning sites around the web but i see some strange in that,If a particular country is banned for joining a site what is meaning to show that country PTP or signup offers page??? like valeptr is banned to signup for some countries so they should also not show their PTP pages to that banned countries, they want to earn by showing its pages but doesn't get to signups for banned countries. Because we help to earn someone by showing their pages but we can not even join and earn by that site.

you are right. it has actually costed me alot of time to try to signup to some of the banned sites in my country and its just a waste of time. but i guess its the country u live in u have to blame and not the owners of the websites.

Yes,but website owner should understand that all users are not cheater, If they can not stop this they should completely close that site in country to show all type of pages.
