I am not fat, but since I hang out at my daughter's school a lot and keep eating at the canteen, I noticed that my belly is growing. I tried to do some exercise but it didn't help. I hit the gym last week with my friends but my husband didn't want me to go there when he found out. So, anybody here can help me or tell me some exercise to make my belly small? hehehehe I know squatting will help, but what else?

Yes, sit-ups is one of the best exercise for belly, but be sure you do it properly in order to avoid pain on other parts of your body.
I read n an article that fiber-rich foods also helps in eliminating belly fats. That's why I took at least one cup of oatmeal every morning and sometimes even at night. Furthermore, they said that yogurt can also reduce belly fats.

I used to be a fan of oatmeal but dont know why I stopped using it though I still have it in my cupboard. Maybe it is because it has to be prepared while I can just microwave cereal and milk. About yoghurt, what type of yoghurt reduces belly fat? non-fat or sweetened?

I know the feeling. . Most of my workouts tend to target the legs and not the belly/abdomen, which is essentially the 'problem area' for me. I would suggest doing some kind of crunches or sit ups - you can feel your abdominal muscles after doing 50 or 100 of those! Intense! You can also go running or jogging, as that type of cardio exercise helps your core as well. Best of luck to you! And wish me luck too!

I think it is exercise.
If you daily do some exercise then your problem will solved.
