Of course,I will not avoid her instead when she is not drunk anymore, I'll let her know what she's been doing when she was drunk for her to realize that and be ashamed. Next time, he will already know what to do and not let our group be shameful to the crowd.

as far as i remember I'm out of control when I got drunk.. i speak everything, do everything.. i became me when i am drunk.. i can say that i am really myself when i am drunk.. without any pretentious and whatsoever. because, in this world, you have to be in control with everything even if it means to control yourself just like what i did, in order to avoid hurting people. but in a way, my true self always come out for some circumstances even if i am not drunk.. :)

It's been a long time that I have not experienced being drunk. I believed the last time I drank liquor was last 2008 New Year's eve. I was so drunk at that time that I keep on smiling and can't seem to get the smile off my face. As I can remember it, we were videoke singing at that time and I was so selfish at that point that it was me who was holding the microphone most of the time. Many wanted to sing but it seems that it was me who was singing most of the time..

Never got to that level yet, as I don't drink a lot. I would be a hypocrite if I said I condemned drinking, but I like to avoid it as much as possible. At times my friends would gather and drink, and me being in it, I would have to take shots, but luckily they respect me enough when I decline to have more than I think I could handle.
It's best that you keep an eye on that friend in situations like that to prevent any unwanted incidents. Most people would regret things they did when they were drunk. Be the good friend and see to it she won't get involve in something she'll later regret.

I am a social drinker but not a heavy drinker. Yes, drinking at times can really ease off some stress from work. Drinking makes me relax a bit, and spend some good times with my friends and co-workers. Usually I too have some girl companions whenever we go out and have some fun at a favorite bar of ours. I have noticed some of my girls pals do the same things you have mentioned, flirting among guys who are also at the bar. I don't detest women who are flirty but drunk flirty is another story. we may never know what will happen next especially sometimes there are guys who are offended with a drunk and flirty girl. So whenever some of my girl co-workers gets too drunk and uncontrollably flirty, I usually try to talk her out of it however sometimes they become too bossy, and unmindful of what you are trying to tell them. That's when I turn for help to some of her friends among our group to talk to her and remind her of her actions. I have never been too drunk in the sense that I can't even walk straight or unable to stand alone. I drink moderately, and I don't like to be carried back home whenever possible. If my limit is three bottles then that's it, no more no less. Likewise, I don't talk much when I am slightly drunk, I just converse in a normal tone, and never let my emotions flare up. There is a saying liquor is for the stomach and not for your brain.

When I became drunk I just usually had a "laughing stuff" thing. I laugh at a smallest detail of craziness. I laugh seeing a friend dance, I laugh when someone puke, I laugh when a friend pull my hair, I laugh will dancing. I laugh while talking.

I had been drunk, but it never happened to me that I'll lose myself. I'm still on my senses. I know what's happening around me even if I'm drunk. I'm just tired, but my mind is on the right sound.
When a friend of mine is drunk, I just keep on watching her. I make sure that she won't be taken away from me. She can flirt but not to the point that she will be brought in a hotel.

Why do you drink anyway...not to enjoy yourself...your friend was cool...she drunk...got drunk..and enjoyed herself to the full..and left it at such...or so I imagine.

In my group of friends we usually take care one another when we get drunk.
The good thing about us is that we only want to have fun when we're drunk, we don't cause trouble, we don't get violent.
We a girl in our group get's drunk we take care of her, we don't let her and we make sure she gets home safely but the situation may be different from yours. We know each other from childhood and we're pretty close, I don't know if that's the case with you and your co workers.

In the past I have been flirty and I have been honest. Flirty / sluftty is usually when I drink Vodka. Honest is just anything else. I think I would watch my friend if we were out in public and be sure she didn't do anything she'd regert.

It's been quite awhile when I last got drunk. It was back in college. I'm not really a heavy drinker but when I have too many to drink, my friends notice that I become silent. They're amused of the fact that usually when people get drunk, they tend to talk a lot, and I'm rather the opposite. But if I have a friend who starts flirting, I wouldn't avoid her. On the contrary, I'd be concerned about her and would try to be at her side as much as possible. If I can convince her to go home, that's better. It's embarrassing to admit but there are men who really take advantage of tipsy ladies, and I wouldn't want a friend of mine taken advantage of even if she started flirting first.

Are you sure she's not just a generally flirtatious person? I know that I personally just interact in a flirtatious manner because I find it the easiest way to engage people yet still have the ability to deflect obvious come-ons. If not, I have a tendency to brood!! I'd much rather be sociable and flirty (if I'm not ACTING on it) than brood in a corner.
