I feel stress every time I come back home, like today I just went back from office and I feel stress again because I got target to hit. I have to do so many successful interview a day and my supervisor pressure me a lot. When I want to go back home after hitting target she or he again mentioned something else. But after a long bath at my home, now I am in my comfort zone again, and feel free and surfing the internet. Do you know any other way to release stress? My office nearby has a shopping mall. Do you think I should go shopping after work to release stress. I don't want to worry my mom, I want her to see me happy after work and to chat with her.

Well try to do this. What happens in work place, leave it in the work place.
Try to not bring any matters from work to home. And separate those happens in those two places.
That way, we won't bring our stress in work to anywhere else, e.g. home.

Its easy being said than done, I have tried before but never able to forget what has happen in that day. I will try now to take a long shower after work and read newspaper and drink a cup of tea or coffee, hopefully in time I will be able to let go what has happened.

Hitting the stipulated target is the worry of most people of the employed new generation youth. They would run over in frenzy in fulfilling their target business. It is all part of the way of the present day world !!

The process to hit target is a very hard and have a great chance to be suffering.
But after reach your goal, you will find that the process is also full of happiness and brings you a lot of good memory. When you can not make it, you still can learn a lot of knowledge and get experience from it.
But sometimes, I set a very hard target for myself. the process give me a lot of suffering, and several times, I consider to give it up. But keep on and on, at last i hit it. At that time, i looked back, stress is power for me to keep on it.

On the one hand, going shopping seems like it would be a great way to relieve stress, but in another way, it might be a very bad thing for you to do because you might end up spending money that you really didn't have to spend.
For me, I've found that one of the best things that I can do to relieve stress is to exercise in some way. Now, it doesn't have to be something that is high intensity, it could be something that is as simple as taking a walk around the block.

going shopping occasionally can be fun, but i think you have probably found the solution yourself, which is to have a bath.
is this the same woman you have mentioned before? if it is i would suggest you try to see this as her being stressed, and as a result making her staff stressed, and just distance yourself from the stress she is creating around her. targets are all very well but if workers become too stressed then that is a sign of a bad manager.
so as long as you are doing well, then try not to take too much notice of her, see it as her problem not yours, and just do your best.

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. When you get home get your mind off work. Surfing the net, going shopping, reading books you like, and walking around the park can be a good way to release your stress.

It's really very important for us to find an outlet to relieve our stress. A long bath definitely can do wonders. Buying stuff too. But I personally would refrain from doing this. It might rid yourself of stress but there might be consequences that may bring about stress also. Like seeing that you've spent on something unnecessary and off the budget. I would suggest eating but that too has consequences. I guess what I'm saying is that you could do these things but you just have to be careful not to overdo it. Like if you're going to shop, at least buy something not out of impulse or just a stress reliever, but because what you bought is also a necessary item you would be using :)

or go for a nice cup of tea and a read of the newspaper away from work, just to get your mind back to normal...lol I used to have to travel home from work on train or bus, so that kind of helped to release stress, by the time I got home I was feeling better. But stress is not good for you! Try and keep work at work and not think about it till next morning and so on each day.
