How To Get Online Admin Assistant

I am getting paid to maintain few fb accounts and blogs, and i am expecting few more account for me to manage accounts for fb, twitter and blogs/sites. Since the work loads is already too many and im still receiving many request to help me build/admin accounts, i was wondering how can i create an online team that cud help me out and earn together. I could create task in mylot or elsewhere to get people to help me but im stil blur on security wise, like, how am i gonna trust someone to create or handle my clients account? anybody online cud just dissapear.. It wud be reliable if i find my frens to help me out instead but i dunno much people who are good with internet. I dont own a company yet, so i cant hire people to do it.. Can u suggest me any idea how can i form an online team in a secure and systematic ways?
