Is it legal in Neobux to have more than one user in an IP address?

I was having a problem with transferring my funds from my PayPal account to a certain site that only receives payment from AlertPay. And one of the solutions that came my way is using another money earning site to invest and re-earn my PayPal money and have it withdrawn using my AlertPay account. The site I wish to use happens to be Neobux. It is quite promising to get me faster earning compared to other sites...so far. However, my mom is already a member of the site and she's using her computer to log on it...and it's been quite a long time since she has logged in. Is it possible for me to log into the site using my own computer and create a new account in the Neobux--we share just one IP--and not have both our accounts terminated?
