To ball an swinging delivery to left hand batsman hold the seam between first two fingers and thumb, and then tilt the seam slightly anticlockwise for in-swing and clockwise for out-swing.Come closer to stumps and pitch the delivery outside off.Its easier said than done ,so first try to ball with no pace because if you will throw it with pace it will be hard to control.Don't hold the ball cross seam if you want to swing it.For practicing take a Cosco tennis ball which we use to play for fun, cover the center of ball with black tape which we use to cover wires and then practice with it, it swings a lot. When you start getting some sort of control then go for leather ball.Duke and SG balls will swing more than Kookaburra.

Cricket is not a game that can be taught by book and explanation by something on any socila network like this. It is what one aqure by practice and with the talents it have. More you practise more you learn. batting is somewhat easy i say but when comes to bowling it is hard which no one can teach you on paper or internet or books and similars things. Try to have some coaching and do daily practise and take tips from other bolwers of youe area who play at higher level say in clubs or those who are close to you. Coaching is must and so do the practise.
