My husband is creating debts

MY husband has been borrowing money behind my back and not telling me. He waits to I get paid and when his friends ask for they money he comes running to me. I have paid his debts several times. Do you think he is taking advantage of me? because he's not working at all.How could I put a stop to this?

I don't understand why your husband is not working. Is he sick or have certain condition that renders him unable to work? anyway, I believe it is best for you to have a peaceful talk to him and persuade him not to borrow money from outsiders again. You may also encourage him to work if he is able to. If he is a totally fine man yet refuse to work, then you may have to make certain decision to change your life.

I think sitting him down and trying to go over both your financial positions will clear a lot of things between you. Maybe he has athe impression that you have a lot of money, maybe drawing up a budget together will help you. Good luck.

constancenunn ..This is a vey difficult situation but thank goodness you are looking for solutions. I have seen women lead very hard lives because they couldn't and wouldn't stand up to thier husbands.
Much will depend on your husbands personalityand if he is he willing to change his ways or not. What you do will be determined by what he is willing to do to stop using you. God Bless and I wish you all the best...
