By preparing oat meals, you can use warm water. Just add water and brown sugar. (It is recommended not to use powdered milk, for milk these days are not actually milk at all. They are processed by making the actual milk into powder. That makes the milk lose its nutrients. And also, these make your bowel movement abnormal.) If you want to use milk, use goat's milk (very expensive).

really? maybe i need to try it sometime but is it kinda like a peanut when its not cooked, well maybe i can try but still i prefer i guess for now the cooked once with caramel and strawberries.

Adding honey to oatmeal is also great, and maybe some fruit like blueberries or blackberries. Plus it's very healthy for you!

I'm very fond of raw oats. I eat them dry, mixed with sultanas, ground almonds, toasted sesame seeds, chopped dried cherries, chopped dried apricots and some other type of seed that I've currently forgotten the name of. Just a couple of tablespoonsful is very filling, tasty, nutritious and satisfying.
