It is recommended to eat food that is rich with fiber.
If you're fond eating rice, why not eat black/brown rice. Unlike from white rice, black/brown rice is rich with fiber.
Also, oats is recommended, but, don't add processed/powdered milk. It worsens allergies.
Make sure to eat fruits and vegetables.
Avoid meat(except fish meat) and fried foods. For it disturbs your bowel movement and fried foods lessens your resistance against foreign bacteria.
To prevent allergies, always go with the natural sources.

Thanks Emmanuel for enlightening us about that, I didn't know about it either. i try to do as much of that as possible. I do have allergies, and sneeze alot almost everyday. I will try to eat less fried foods and less white rice. I think I have a pretty good diet anyways out of some of the people I know.

Well, there's nothing wrong in eating white rice, but, it does lack of fiber.

what good information you have here. i have no idea that stores toxins can cause allergies. however, I am really fond of eating rice. this is because rice is the main diet for Asian people. I did try both brown and black rice before although the black rice is actually quite rare in my country.
anyway, avoiding meat is not possible for me as i like to enjoy all types of food that the world has got to offer. though it shouldn't be a problem to reduce the consumption.
