As the stereotypical female, I know absolutely nothing about cars. However, the area that I live in doesn't permit me to be lazy and take public transportation and I'm getting sick of depending on other people for transportation. Ergo, I'm looking at cars.
So I suppose the real question(s) I have here would be:
What type of car would you recommend?
What are things I need to look for?
What Questions should I ask?
Pretty much anything along those lines, or if you have anything else you would like to contribute to the discussion you think would help me out. It would be much appreciated!! :)

Well as a woman when I was purchasing my first car I knew off the bat that I wanted either a Nissan or Toyota. They're very good vehicles gas wise, durability wise and accessibilty of parts for repairs.
My first car was a used Nissan B12 sentra and before purchase of that vehicle, any car that I was interested I carried both my dad and his mechanic. I would suggest that if you can get a reputable and reliable mechanic to go with you that would best, then he could identify problems areas with the vehicle you're purchasing and you can thereafter deceide if you're still interested or not.
I suggest a mechanic because he can identify if the body of the car is good sometimes the car looks wholesome but it isn't,carry it for a test drive, listen for sounds and determine if there are mechanical problems under the hood where you've plugs, radiator, engine etc and under the car itself where you've shocks, bushing, joints etc. So he can give the car a complete overhaul.
If you can't go with a mechanic, go with a male relative who knows something about cars. I know where I'm from men try to railroad us women, and because most of us are not mechanically inclined, they easily fool and beguile alot of us into thinking we're buying something good.
So that's my suggestion to you, either go with a male relative who knows about cars or a male relative and a mechanic or just a mechanic, that you trust of course.
But all my cars have been Nissan. Thankfully after four years of driving a used car, then a foreign used I was able to afford a brand new car, Nissan of course, and she's driving like a dream.
But in all honesty if you were too compare which one is more popular and reliable between a Nissan and Toyota,Toyota would win but it's also a bit more expensive, but worth every dime.

Good luck, and the other way is that when you drive or sitting in the car for long time is also tired,so not so attractive for me to own a car.

That really depend on your need, but I would recommend a small inexpensive one. The reason for recommending a small one is because they are easier to drive, to park and usually use less gas, which is expensive these days, however they are less secure, but allow for greater maneuverability which could help you avoiding some accidents. Inexpensive for obvious reasons, but also because you will have accidents with it, it will happen for sure be it either your fault or the fault of others, so an inexpensive one could end up saving a lot in repair expenses in the future. In my case my first car was a toyota yaris and it was great because it fitted anywhere, so parking was easier, and since it weights relatively little, it saved a lot on gas (I used it to go to college). Big cars also have benefits like stability, but they are usually expensive to repair and use more gas than little compact ones. I hope this helps you a little :).

With a lot of different car companies, there are lots of choices, depending on your needs whether just for transportation or business. If you know someone personally from your family or relatives or friends, they are the best sources of the information you need before purchasing your first car. You can also make some search online of the different kinds of cars and its benefits or features. I hope you'll do well in getting your first car. I know the excitement one feels when he drives his or her first car. Enjoy the ride.
