I know exactly how you feel. I have days like that myself and I try to find something to interest me and nothing seems to work. I wouldn't really worry about it too much, as long as it doesn't happen too often. I wish you luck.

Hi there Mrs. Whitfield!
I usually feel that way after I finished a very stressful task. It happens when I have worked on something that drained my physical and mental strength, then, I recharged and had plenty of sleep, rest and any other form of relaxation. When I wake up, that's when I ask myself, what now? That is when I feel random.

If nothing else, life is just going to be extremely random to begin with. So there have been instances where I have felt rather random. There are times where there seems to be no logic, no flow, no sense, but life would be boring if it had logic, flow, and sense each and every time throughout my entire life. There are just times where it just throws me off sometimes but I just hang on and rather enjoy the ride.
And there are times where my mind tends to be blinking in about five million different directions, with my focus that is very much split and scattered throughout time. There are just times where it is hard to really gain focus, to really just get things done, but there are just going to be times where I am going to get back on my feet and just really get most of everything done. Yet there is a few curveballs and life will be random and directionless. Just the nature of everything.

I think that's normal. I have felt that way, I just don't know what to do. I am like floating, I don't like to go out, and always thinking what interesting thing should I do but couldn't figure it out. Maybe it has something to do with our hormones, don't you think?

Don't worry, it's quite normal. Sometimes I have the same feeling, especially some time at weekends. In that case, I usually sit down in the balcony and stare at something for a long time. During that period of time I may wanna do something else, but seldom manage to do so. But I don't think it's a bad habit for everyone need some time to relax himself completely.
