How would you feel?

Today, I officially asked my parents permission/ informed them of my plan to work outside the country. Because I do not think that working in my country will help materialize my dreams for my family. And they gave their blessing but the thing is I feel that I have given them a burden by worrying about me. And I have not even leave yet. I am in a mixed emotion now. I am happy at same time sad more like confused. It breaks my heart now sensing their concern about my welfare in the country where I plan to work. Am I doing the right thing? Why does it felt wrong? How would you feel? What should I do?

By moving to another country if your dream comes true means then definitely go ahead with that.Of course your parents will feel about u.But after u get success then they also feel proud of u.Then u will also feel happy. So first try to achieve your dreams. But always keep calling to your parents daily. Then they will happy.

hi,friend, I am in a similar situation to you. What is different is that I am going to work in another city of my country while you another country. Your situation is more difficult than mine to parents.
Yes, thay will be very worry about us, but I believe they hope we have a life success ourselves.
Just go ahead and once you are free, go back to your family.
Bon vayage!

Thanks for the advise. I know they also want the best for me. Maybe because it is a very big leap that I am going to take. I am even worried about myself whether I will be ok there. But I feel like I have do this so that I wont have regrets in the future.

Since this is your first time to leave and to be away from your loved ones, that's a normal feeling. We have same experience when our mom leave us and work abroad. But, as the time goes on, we're used to it and we know she's safe.
Pray and have faith, may God bless you and guide you always.
