Now a days Cancer become so popular among people.!

It seems to me, whena cure is found for some formm of cancer, several different types show up. I pray for an end to this dreaded disease

You are definitely right that it does seem like there are a lot more people that are diagnosed with cancer these days than there used to be. You are also right that the costs of battling cancer are so high that it could easily break a person, even when they do have insurance to cover most of the expesnses. My husband was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma last year and it has been debilitating to our family. We were able to get some help in paying for expenses through the Lymphoma and Leukemia society, but it is still tough for us.

hope me and my loved one get not cancer. t is a very terrible disease, a burden to the victim as well to the family in terms of emotional and financial cost is very expensive to deal with. though, the earliest detection could prove a way to survival to control or kill the cancer the stage 3 and 4 is the end mostly of life. there is no hope unless the family and patient could do is to accept it and be spiritual.

yes, a lot of many person i had known close relatives and even trends and neighbor become victim of this diseases. it may be because of genetic or hereditary or because of the food we eat there are lot of preservatives and toxic waste around. also the air and water may be polluted with some toxic chemicals. the effect in the body is cancer either benign or malignant tumor.

everything is advance now but still cancer is at high. why? because everyone wants to do things fast like eating in a fast food restaurant and eating instant foods. if only, we could turn back to eating natural foods but i know it will be difficult for some.

Cancer is now not impossible to be cured but it is still cancer, who would want to have it? It look easier for people who can avail all the treatment and the right medicines but if it is not the will of God for us to be live longer, no matter what we do, we shall have to leave... For us living in the third word countries, medicines and treatment is very expensive. It would be a pity to see little children belonging to poor families suffering from Cancer and yet waiting patiently for good hearted people to help them.

I wouldn't say that it is popular or common, but rather it is being found more because of the technology we have. They say everyone has cancerous cells, its just a matter of what and if something would trigger it. I was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer and my community helped me. An idea could be a spaghetti dinner or something where people pay for dinner like 5 bucks or whatever and the money could go to those who need the help. My community did that and at the dinner there was a silent auction where local businesses donated items.

It seem like there is a concerted and calculated effort from big businesses and big interest groups to contaminate our clean way of life of many century. Nowadays, every where we go in big city, we are constantly bombarded with radioactive and high energy ray from so called 'Advance' technology, our food and drink are filled with processed chemical, industry grade additives and preservatives to compromise our immune system, the air we breathe are routinely mix with pollutants and carcinogenic particles that fill up our lung, it is no wonder many people are inflicted with cancer and the rate of fatality among common people is increasing annually due to this malignant disease. Yes, we are losing the battle and in a big way to cancer every day.

Technology, yes, has contributed much to the incidence of cancer. But most times, there is not much you can do about it, except if you decide not to buy it. But your neighbors do, so you still suffer from it, secondhand or third hand, whatever. You need to have a mass movement to reject that specific technology, which I'm sure you have no time to organize. But there is something one can do by oneself very definitely. Cancer is also a dis-order of the body caused by food intake. So why not look into your food intake, and focus more on vegetables and fruits and whole grains, and minimize animal protein intake? Change of diet may be required. Organic foods will surely help. No, you don't have to buy them if you can raise them in your backyard or even in pots, if you are not a farmer yourself. The raising of spices will not require much space, and spices have long been proven to have medicinal value. You know what I do? I just eat a regular diet of "camote tops" or sweet potato tops. Try to research more on sweet potato, especially the tops. You will find the leaves are very rich in natural elements that fight cancer.
