I have joined this website about 10-15 days ago and until now I had to submit three support tickets due to several issues with the website. These three times the issues where resolved almost immediately when I sent the ticket. So I was kind of happy with the support there... but now I'm starting to get really worried about this site when I have invested 10 dollars for second time and now I get this message:
"You Have An Open Dispute With A Payment You Have Made To Us. Your Account Will Not Accumulate Earnings, You Will Not Be Able To Add Funds Or Make A Withdrawal Until This Dispute Is Removed."
What the hell does this mean?? I don't even know how to dispute a payment!!
Did this happen to any of you too people? I think I'm just going to submit another ticket .

Check now. It should have been resolved.
I got the same message. And I submitted a ticket. It was resolved in less than 5 minutes and the staff has replied me.

I didn't even had to submit a ticket, just refreshed the page few times and it was gone. It scared me a bit anyway .

There is a limit with the deposits you make. There needs to be a certain time interval between the deposits. I guess this is what the message you got meant.
Are you a free member or silver member or gold member?! There is different time interval for different membership options. It is always advised to read about the site completely before you join. Or you need to join under some person, who can give you enough information about the site. I joined under Venkataraman_VC, from mylot only. He guided me so well. I too joined recently, but till date I never had any problem at all with the site.
I would suggest, first read the site completely. Take some time and don't jump into anything because people are doing it. After reading completely, then you start making deposits and investments. Even if you are not investing money, you are investing your time. So spend it wise. When you are not aware of things properly, you will come across issues, which is a total time waste for you as well as the admin, who is forever ready to solve your issues.
Good luck!
Cheers!

NO, it wasn't the problem. I think the message is very clear. I also waited the 7 days between both payments.
However, the message is not appearing anymore... it was just another server error. I didn't even had to submit another ticket, I just refreshed the site few times and it wasn't there anymore and I'm now accumulating earnings. Just a false alarm. Despite I admire the effort they put to fix the glitches and make the website better, that site really knows how to give me a headache .

(I just typed out a massive response to you and my iPad decided to delete it, and I cant undo because I'm a newer member. Sorry!)
Before you invest in anything, It is essential to do your research. Look around some reliable sites (try to avoid user generated content ie forums and discussion boards) and see if you can find some payment proof for the site you're looking to invest in. If you do go for a forum, make sure the post is by a trusted user (and not an account made by the sites admin to promote his scam and get others to invest with fake payment proofs!)
Next, do a whois search on the domain name in question. If they have invested in SSL security, then they are probably legit. Also, be sure to check how long the domain is registered for. If only 1 year, then it is possibly a scam. If it's registered for a much longer time period, then the admins are clearly hoping to be successful and therefore won't be scamming anybody!
Now to your issue. I would suggest messaging or emailing the admin directly if possible. Keep in mind that it could just be a site issue and not a scam while writing your message. Try not to be rude. If the admin replies with a vague reply that doesn't really make much sense or answer the question in hand, then it is probably a scam.
Following my research tips should keep you safe while investing, and please remember- don't invest what you can't afford to lose!
I hope I helped.
