Is there any legit home based offline/online job that one can earn as like full time or official job?Many website promise to provide such job but after get into their web page the things are totally different.yeah,till some extent it is truth for the skilled member but what about the unskilled or partially skilled member.

Then you need to take an extra effort to learn about how things work.. 
You should already know what things to earn money that interest you most. Be focus on it, and learn a lot.. 
And just remember, the harder and smarter efforts we give, the more money that we may get.. No such easy job that will earn you big money, I guess..

You may try online typing job. They don't offer much, but doing a simple typing can earn you $20-$40 a week.

Mylot can be considered an online job, considering that you can make important cash on it.
Another way of earning is JustBeenPaid, but I am not really sure about how they get the money to give people, I haven't studied the site too much.
Also you can try programs of investment, such as giving loans and earning from the it.
