How do you deal with Stress?

I was thinking the other day that there are so many things that are stressful in our lives. A few I can relate to is marriage, children, finances, friends and work. You have so many decisions to make and situations to deal with I can see how others go into a depression, going crazy or just plain ending thier lives. It seems I have been through it all but one thing I have learned most of all to ask God for peace but it helps when I also find a hobby I enjoy for a certain time and it seems as though all that stress is released. I have learned to be more patient in any situation, because it is not healthy to worry yourself silly, for something that you can't change right away. I enjoy doing puzzles that put my mind in other places like word puzzles, number puzzles or just something you have to think about rather than focusing on what was stressful in the beginning. What do you do when dealing with a stressful situation?

These past few days I am in deep emotional stress caused by circumstances that is beyond control and that I really want to explode. Thanks,I was able to hold my temper and think it's not worth it. What i did is watched funny videos and real life story online. Trying to figure out why some people are so nasty and do harm to other people. Why can't they just mind their own business.

This is a crazy and it is sad that we have to deal with so much. Keeping our mind on happy thoughts or taking it to a happy place will help. You will never know why people do bad or mean things but just know they won't be on this earth long. I realize that people like to be in other peoples business because they are looking for attention.

I guess I one that doesn't handle stress very well but I am trying to, Iam a very sensitive person and it doesn't take much to caude stress for me but I am trying to control it by appreciating what I have and not expecting too much in life especially other people.
