Maybe that is what I hate the most when you lose one hour sleeping time, and you must adjust to it. It was Saturday night, and I didn't even notice the time change, and I must adjust the hours in the clock, and alarm clock. My cell phone automatically change the time, and so my computer too. It was strange to me, until I read the notification on yahoo, then I notice the time change. This morning I just have to get up early, and unprepared for it. I felt drowsy, but I still have to manage myself to work all day. Lots, and lots of coffee this morning though.

i only feel drowsy when i only sleep more than 3 hours. i am bust n the morning with my work and at night work online. so i really get tired fingers and drowsy eyes but fight back since i had some quota which i need to finish. only sleep for a few hours at night since i use to get busy online. so never sleep until my eyes get tired and teary. usually, i also visit other websites and surf from t while also playing games for a few hours n facebook.

I was not effected by this time change. I surely have been in the past though! I use to waitress many years ago and of course I had to work the morning shift after the time change. Of course it was my day to do all of the set up in the waitress station. I had to make the tea, put the salt/pepper/condiments on all of the tables and take down the chairs.... Of course I got there late and my supervisor had to to in in my place and of course I was written up. It was so embarrassing. I can understand you having a bad day and having to drink lots of coffee.

that only a little time to get lost, i lost more than an hours of sleep let say i only sleep almost 5 hours per day. so i could not sleep ahead of my schedule time. so i think my biological already adjust on that set up. i only get tired of not sleeping me when never have a chance to sleep for one day or only get a short nap that would be the time i would feel very devastated.

Yes, that's how it is when one lacks sleep, even for one hour, my friend.
Not only would i feel sluggish, yawny but i noticed that i easily get angry or irritated. And getting short fused is something that i really don't like in me, because i hurt people's feeling when i am so.
Hence, i make it a point now to be able to sleep enough number of hours as much as possible.

Yeah maybe because of your sleep habit, like how long you are sleep. That's why you become drowsy all morning because you are not wake up in the usual time, but in the earlier time. Drink coffee and wash your face frequently can lose your drowsy...,

I'm really tired today and might need a nap soon. Normally, I don't feel sleepy in the afternoon, but no question changing my clock is affecting my progress today. I am moving slowly.

You had me going there for a bit...I thought I might have missed it..Here in the UK,the change over is not due until later in the month..
I have one of those radio controlled alarm clocks that automatically updates each time,so at least the clock that wakes me up is always right..and the computer does it itself...
I had to check exactly what date our changeover was due (25th) and found this..interesting..

Hi King, indeed sleeping less an hour do affect our daily activity. I ever felt drowsy due to less sleep. Indeed drinking more coffee does helps us to stay alert whole day. Lucky for me, the time in my area here don't have much changes, so i can still enjoy my sleep according to my usual schedule.

I hate when the time changes in the Spring, but love it when it changes in the Fall because in the fall we gain an hour. I know it takes me a couple of days to adjust to the time change. I am glad that you were still able to get to work on time.

For me, my system had adjusted to few hours of sleep everyday. Before I fall asleep easily. I take a nap in the afternoon but still able to sleep for 6 to 8 hours at night. But now it is different. I feel sleepy throughout the day by waking up 3 am in the morning but now I don't sleepy anymore even if I woke up at 2 am. I can sleep 3 hours only a day and can manage to work all day.
