I am thankful that we have trees around.

Having those trees around lessens the effect of heat in our area. The wind blowing is real fresh, relaxing and cool. It's nice you have that environment. In my place, we don't have trees around so the heat is really painful and it affects sleeping time specially when I'm on night shift. What I did is just to buy air conditioner just to give me and my child enough rest without feeling the heat.

Nice to hear that there are trees in around your house. I remember when I was still on my elementary days, during summer break, we used to sleep in the afternoon under the trees in my grandmother's house. Even it is hot during summer, I feel refreshed sleeping under the trees.

Feels wonderful indeed to have trees around. i mean, they always makes us feel good and i am sure they do just that, they give out clean air, when there are trees, the place or the surroundings feels fresh, too and not to humid.

Good for you that you can enjoy fresh air provided by the trees around you. This is the beauty of nature. I hope others especially those that are abusing our Mother Earth would see the importance of conserving our natural resources. Though I live in the province now, I can't still enjoy what you are having now cause there are only a few (if there's any) trees grows in our place. How I envy you right now. I miss the fresh air and the chirping of birds that sits on the branches of those trees also enjoying the shades it provides against the scorching rays of the sun. :))

I agree with your point. I'd suggest the upcoming movie, Lorax, with is about a boy in love with a girl who wishes to see a "real" tree. They live in a world without nature. Lawns and bushes are artificial - plastic, etc.

I also thankful that we also have some tress around our house like mango,tamarind,banana,santol and guava that really gives fresh air.It also helps to shed us from direct heat.Even though it is really hot, those trees really helps a lot to ease the hotness for a while.

Here where I am currently living, they have mango trees and coconut trees around the house and they have a huge garage so the air will just flow or pass smoothly. Trees give shades when the sun is up and cool air at night. So even it if is so hot in the Metro, our place is cool and quiet.

That is the beauty of mother earth. Trees are nice to look at plus it provides as shade and fresh air. Therefore we must take care of these trees.

You are right. Trees can help lessen the hotness. It serves as our shade too. I hope that people who are illegally cutting trees would stop doing it. Can't they see the benefit of having many trees? It prevents floods and many helpful terms. Today, the air is so fresh. I can feel it.
