This is a question for my interview of Schlumberger. This word can not be a general word, such as optimism, insistent or else.
My word is forging. There are two reason for it, firstly my project during my PHD is about forging manipulator, which is an assistant machine in the forging workshop. The forging manipulator is used to grasp the workpiece and assist the press machine to forge the different workpiece into different types. Secondly, in my opinion, my personality has been forged for a long time, and now I can get along with different people with different characters well.
What is your word to describe yourself? share your answer.

Maybe Id chose the word "simplicity". Behind that word there is a potential characteristics which could get along to anybody. For me, simple means a person who can do the work with passion, self oriented and do the work with limited supervision. Very creative allowing yourself to maximize every opportunities which open new doors for you to establish good communication/ relationship.
