According to specalists, many strokes can be avoided. For older people of high blood pressure, never forget to take the pill in the morning. Before and after sleep, drink a glass water. Most important is that when getting up, be slowly from lying to sitting, and from sitting to standing. Share it with your parents, and friends. It will do them good, I believe.

Good advice, and if you add a healthy diet and try to eliminate stress from your life, you might not have high blood pressure.
I once read about a dentist who removed the root canal treated teeth from her patients and their blood pressure went down - maybe helps in some cases.
Another person I know, took garlic and wheat germ oil from gnld.com and her bloodpressure went down.
I guess there are many ways to take care of this..

You are right. A healthy diet and exercise will be good for the patients who have high blood pressure. Besides, they shall have the calm mood. At least your sickness can be controlled if you follow the instructions from the doctor.

I see coming out here the fact that all of us could do more to prevent illnesses if we would just use a little good judgments in our daily lives. Don't overeat, exercise when we can, drink more water, eat healthy, and on and on.
