How to make people happy?

For me, i make people happy by saying her/his good side & bad side "case to case basis" because he/she can make it right & in simple ways.

Ah, that is a very good tactic in making people happy. I for one is fond of appreciating people, it makes them happy. One time, i experimented some theories i read from human behavior of making people happy. For one week, i treated my friends as the most important people in the whole wide world. After that week, they became more happier and is doing the same thing to me. They make me happy as well. Although i don't tell them their bad sides, i just encourage them to tell me about themselves and it's up to them to know their bad sides and fix it. I was just a person in the background. See, people don't want to hear their bad sides from other people but when they are the ones who realizes their bad sides, they will begin changing them. That's a good job, i also doing the same what you did, but sometimes their head make big , hahahha, when they heard good side of them. but i enjoy when my friends are happy of what they do...

Definitely. They really have big heads sometimes when they hear a compliment or an appreciation. But i guess all of us are like that sometimes since we like to hear compliments and we would do anything to hear an appreciation or a compliment. Anyway, let's always be kind to people by telling them not flattery but a compliment coming from the heart.
