Why people always say "give me another chance"?

I think that's the magic word for those who hurt someone, who want's to be rich, who will never stop believing on what they believe. Give me another chance to live, to love, to smile, to be strong & the most of all to be a good & bad person. That is life. But why people always say Pls Give Another Chance.

no one can become a perfect man in a single chance. Failures are the stepping stood for success which we know already. So it is not wrong in asking an another chance in proving them that they are good,talented etc. We should be careful while giving the second chance to prove them because some people wont take it seriously and they are not trust worthy. So we should choose people who are good while socializing.
