Because I am more of the fat side then naturally I would prefer to be thin. But not so thin, I also do not want to be called skinny. Anyways you have to consult a doctor just to make sure nothings wrong with your thyroid. Because there is a condition we call Hyperthyroidism, where in your metabolism way faster than the normal. And the opposite of it is Hypothyroidism, where in metabolism takes action slower than the normal. That is the case of some obese person. No matter how they try to lose weight and not eating much it is still the same. But as long as it does not impair your activities I think it is ok.

You are so luck to have a fast metabolism since you are less prone so high blood pressure. To us, having fast metabolism is a treasure so you should be luck with it because you can eat food as many as you want without any limitations. Being fat is a curse you see, you are limited to something you want like food specially. Make the most of it, enjoy having that kind of metabolism, satisfy your self to different kinds of food because when your metabolism slows down, you'll going to miss it. Remember, lots of people goes to gym and exercise everyday just to burn those food they eat so that means you can save more money compare to them. They eat and go to gym while you, you just eat.

i prefer to be thin always. As being bat is very easily and reducing weight is very very toff. For gaining weight we can easily do by eating heavy food and have a good sleep always and have lot of ice creams, chocolates and junk foods. This will help to be fat easily.

i think you should be content with your size...knowing that you are only a bit thin, i think that is okay. i know some friends who wanted to be fat before and when they became one, they now try so hard to be thin!

We have the same problem, my friend. I am too thin and I am just tired of trying to gain weight. They said that my metabolism is faster than normal that is why I don't get fat easily. I noticed that I sweat easily and a lot which is one symptom of having fast metabolism.

Both are not good. I also had the same problem with you. I gained weight when I was already 34 years old. I am now 39. I ate a lot but same with you, I never gained weight. That's the time that I took Regeron tablet. It's not prescribed to me by any doctors, and I am not advising you to do the same. I gained weight, and my friends always tell me that I'm so sexy. I'm not fat either. The weight added to me is just enough to make me look sexier and more adorable. If I were you, I would consult a doctor. I am sure you'll get the help that you need. Good luck!
