Over Usage of Computer....

Hi friend for me over headache and eye pain have been often coming and going... i have think that its because of using the system for more time... totally for 10hours per day i will see the system.. whether it will be the major reason for my headache.. give your suggestion friends...

everyone is in the race of earning some good amount of money online and wasting all their time in facebook like me and you. as a software engineer we have to spend more time before computer. for our time pass also we are using computer. hope we will reduce the usage of computer one day:)

I think it's very likely to be caused by sitting at the computer too much. I have these problems when I sit here for hours, too. Except for the headache, but my eyes get dry and sometimes hurt, plus i get some extra wrinkles... not good.
We should spend less time in front of the monitor, and take few minutes break every hour.
