sister need help for operation

my nephew texted me informing his mom (our eldest) is back in the hospital again. It is breaking my heart when they ask me for help and there is not much I can do. I love my sister very much and it's breaking me seeing how thin she is now and she is grasping her breath everyday. I am broke, I do not have any medical card or anything at all and they are one of the poorest. I don't have anything to sell to produce some amount. If there is any other legal way that you guys can give me idea on the soonest time possible. They won't operate my sister if even deposit money they can't pay. She's having problem with her intestine. It's killing me,I wish I can help. Thanks guys for good tips

I've checked and you're from the Philippines. You can always ask help from your mayor,or any politician. From your municipality. And if you lived here in the city (Manila) you can ask help from PSCO.
I hope you can have some people to help you with...try my suggestion please.

Sending you prayers for your sisters health. I know what it is like not to have the funds or any insurance to cover health related problems, it's a pity this world doesn't care for it's people anywhere unless there is money involved. Makes me sad. Keep us all posted though, I will be thinking of her.
