Respect follows the same principle as many things in this world: give in order to receive.
So it's very important to respect other people especially if we want their respect in return.
Respect it's not something you just ask for, it's something you must earn, in time.
It gives more meaning to our relationships with other people and makes communication easier.

a strange thing happend in life several days ago.i add a boy on skype.he said im very lucky,because he is a super star justinbieber.i didnt believe at first.but through his manner of speaking i fond maybe he is.then he asked me send my picture to him,i also ask him too.he said i'm first,and i send him.i saw him picture too.certaintly it's bieber's photo.and then ,he asked me to show the face to webcam,but i can't hear his voice and face,he said he can't trust anyone very easily,so if i can't do it ,he will delete me.he asked me wether do it.i said it's so over,no fair.he said he konw it,but he have to.in fannily,i did't show to him,and he delete me.
do you think his behavor not respect at all?

So true. To understand the value of earning respect, it is relatively important to have a good grasp of what the word means. It is the quality or state of being esteemed. It is also based on a person's own abilities, such as personality trait, characteristic, an action or series of actions.
