Looking to start own recruitment company.

Hey all I am looking to start my own recruitment company online, but am not sure how to go about this. It does not look hard all recruitment companies seem to do is advertise jobs for other companies, and so make money by companies advertising jobs on their site. So it does not seem like they need any special skills. what do you think? would you be interested in this If i set it up?
