for me to express my feelings to someone, sometimes i used to write it and sometimes i used to tell it to the person, most of the time i use facial expression and very seldom in body language, its better to tell your feelings where you makes comfortable.

This really depends upon the circumstances, because I prefer to respond in a like manner. If I receive an email or a letter then I shall respond in the same way, whereas if someone addresses me directly then I would respond verbally. For some bizarre reason it gives me greater satisfaction if my reply to a disagreement or argument I made in the same mode that the original was.

I express it by writing poems and sometimes verbally but I tend to be so frank when expressing it that way so I avoid to much words from my mouth.

I express my motions in a lot of different ways. Written word or sometimes you'll be able to tell how I feel through what music I'm listening to. How I'm dressed or even how I do my make-up. Sometimes you'll be able to tell by my body behavior. When I'm irritated I get quiet and just not very talkative. If I'm happy I may have a skip in my step, dance in place, and sing.

I am more of a writer. i remember when i went to SG, i brought 5 pens and a thick notebook so i could express all of my concerns and experiences. it makes me feel better no matter how heavy or sad i am feeling
