When I have to study (and here in korea you have to study probably about 20 hours a day) I drink coffee. For me now it is just impossible to stay awake without coffee.
Maybe 2 liters a day? Actually I don't put any sugar into my coffee. I don't really like sweet things. A bitter, strong, black, coffee, and my day is perfect.

Yes I tried other things but Red Bull or other similar stuff just don't work. I don't know why.
I study interpretation and translation, at the same time I study photography and journalism. It is normal to study 2 things at the same time. Thats why the library and study rooms are always full. Thats why also some coffee shops are 24hrs open.. and believe me, specially during exams, they are full.

Hi, I d'ont drink water. I only drink my coffee, it's a need for me to stay awake all the day with the work I do. When I don't work I drink only a cup or two. Coffe is a problem for me but the other problem is that is put a lot of sugar in it and that not really good for my healt

None. I am no coffee drinker and can never be one. I know coffee is not good for my health so ever since I was child I've stayed away from coffee. I never want to be addicted to anything so knowing that coffee contains addictive substance called caffeine I did not ever dare to consider drink even a cup of it.
Instead of coffee I'd rather just drink alkaline water and I also indulge into fresh fruit juices.

Hmm.... i have reduced my intake already. Before i used to drink one in the morning, then another at lunch, at 3pm coffee time then at night before bedtime. Now i only take the morning and 3pm.

Most of the time, i drink coffee one cup a day... sometimes if i had to, i drink two cups a day, and sometimes if i want to clear my blood out of caffeine, i stop drinking coffee for a day or two.

i drink either milk with honey, or tea with honey... i just realize that honey give my body more endurance against flu. Before i drink with honey, whenever the flu season come, i always catch some flu, but after i mix my drink with honey, i rarely catch flu.

Well drinking too much of everything is definitely not good. I do drink coffee and in my case, I drink arround 4-5 cups a day. It actually keeps me awake and active. In fact I do not even eat breakfast.. Coffee is my breakfast as well as my
snacks. I think I should control my intake and hopefully be able to lower down at least 3 cups a day.

I drink about 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day. A cup usually contains about 100mg of caffeine and according to Mayo Clinic, 200 to 400 mg of caffeine per day is okay for a healthy adult. Coffee might be good for your heart but only if taken in moderate doses. Too much and it could cause palpitations (fast heartbeat).
So rather than just think of the number of liters of coffee that you drink, it's perhaps better to check just how much caffeine it contains. If you prefer your coffee to be mild, then the caffeine content might be very low and that 2 liters of coffee that you drink might still have a healthy (400mg or less) dose of caffeine. But if the coffee you drink is strong, then you're probably exceeding the recommended amount of caffeine.
