moment of truth when people serve you better

I notice most of us will love to be serve excellently on every store or hotel or clinic or whatever public services..We tend love to hear strange people give us service excellence..I have experienced when stay at one hotel in my hometown, they have given me not only smile but everyone recognize and calling my name with exactly right..Start from phone operator,receptionist, restaurant staffs until their janitor really welcome and warm..That's the reason I always come back to the hotel, maybe that because I am happy with the atmosphere and feel like at home.. I also recommend this hotel to my relatives as well...That what marketing calls moment of truth, when people happy to get appreciation from somebody else..What do you think about this moment of truth things?

I also think most times we goes to places where we feel like the top of the world. I think some hotels have great services and they make you feel comfortable and is very good at dealing. I think those hotels have lots of sales than other hotels. The same thing happens to the shops. I was very happy going to one of the biggest shop in our place initial because they have great discounts and also good customer services. After few months, when I visit with my family we felt very uncomfortable because lots of people who are there in each row started to market the product and would not allow us to look at any product and would come straight and would see what we have taken and start to market it without making us to discuss each other. I think they missed the trick when they step into the the place of the customer I mean too close to the customer and market the product without allowing to discuss among the family or friends. I think customer should have right to decide to take a product if they want or not. I think one trick is the atmosphere people create, which market the product better.

Yes indeed serve people happy and get good service, people must feel comfortable with an atmosphere like that, the smile of a person, given hospitality will make you feel comfortable......

what you said is really correct. I also like the way the servers serve us in hotel,restaurant,hospitals,public places etc. I love the way those people remember our names and provide us whatever we need. They do their jobs well and i also give some huge amount of tips to them. If the servers are not goo,it will create a bad name for that institution. So resting people is line of very good business strategy to improve their businesses among people because If they dont serve well we wont in there again and we wont refer to others too.
