Is Fandealer legit or scam?

I just found the site named fandealer. I want to know, it is scam or legit. I search the review on google but no satisfied result found. If any one know about this site please tell me.

Dear friend shs today I saw the fandealer payment proof in mylot but not understand for what purpose this site is used. I think this is not fake site because a mylotter iwrite provided her payment proof here. http://www.mylot.com/w/image/2606978.aspx

Fandealer is a scam. I reached payout of 1500 points and asked for withdraw. After 22 days i asked support why i havent been paid yet and requested them to do it soon. The next day they just blocked my account. All the hard work liking thousands of pages after spending so many months and getting so many referrals such a waste. Hope more people dont get conned.
