City 3- Sporting Lisbon 2..Where are you Mancini??

You seem to be on a mission to fight Mancini for Messi and Barcelona. Is it all because of the claim that Mancini made saying his team is the best in the world? If that is the case, I feel that it was just Mancini's personal opinion. He can think whatever he wants and we don't have to agree(or disagree)with every word he says. So, which team is qualified to get the title of the best team in the world? In theory, the best team should be one who plays attractive and entertaining football. The team should be all conquering, winning every trophy in sigh. The team players should be of the highest professional etiquette. They won't play dirty to get a yellow, let alone a red card. Does such perfect team exist? NO. I would say that at the moment, Barcelona is playing the best football but just playing well but not winning is not good enough. Real Madrid is going to win the Spanish title this season. Messi is no doubt the best player in his position now but he has not been able to produce the same club form for his national team. Everyone has his own opinions. Especially those professional football managers. What do you expect Mancini to say if he were to be asked which team he thinks is the best in the world now? Can he not say Manchester City? Can he say Barcelona? Just think as if you are in his position.

Yes, Man City lost out to Sporting. But what was good to see was the fight they put up. They were down 2-0 before the half. In the second half they came out fighting and were brilliant by scoring three goals. It could have even ended in a great comeback had Joe Hart's header crept in. It just missed out by a whisker. A big difference between Barcelona and Man City is that many of the Barca's players grew up together playing for the team. For Man City, they have assemble an expensive star studded team. If given more time to gel, I believe Man City can be an amazing team. The problem is that, will the current team and manager be given the luxury of time to foster such bond within the team?

Man city is not on the same level as Barcelona. Man city is not even near to Real madrid's level. If Man city is comparing themselves to Barcelona, they are just making a fool out of themselves. COmparing the history between both teams, Barcelona has win all that's available, while Man city has nothing but a FA cup. With that, even if Man city is on the same level, it can only be that one moment, should they ever manage to beat Barca. Now that Sporting lisbon has taught Man city a leasson, along with their failure in EPL, Man city are panicking now.

I dunno whether Mancini still with Manchester City or just gone away from the team. He and the team had face a crisis in losing a cup in champion league, Fa cup, recently Barclays Premier league and now in Europe cup. They miss a chance to step forward and quality to next round. They just cannot win the Sporting Libson. It is really big question mark for the Machester City to win the trophy. It is really in doubt hmm. However i congrats Sporting Lisbon to win the game.

:lol: i got lil bit shocked read the online sport news that 2 teams from manchester got kicked from european league... especially city, new comer with such a huge amount of money... Mancini..??? i think mark hughes is much better than mancini... BPL now is the only hope, but United now take the lead... well, i'll not surprised if there is no his name on the team next season... just like another italian, ancelotti, got fired after have great job in the first year...
