Anyone here is working already in People support or have already tried applying here? I've been apply here twice and this time I will try again. First, online exam. Second, initial interview. I don't know next because I'm always failed the initial interview.

While ago I just failed in Green Test at Teleperformance although they don't have the online game account for now.

I don't know why they called it as GREEN TEST but it is a test that is all about the classification of online gaming and computer application.

If you failed with the initial interview, I could say you need to work on your communication skill, work on your grammar and pronunciation. Goodluck :)
