Every human being, the average amount of hair has approximately 100,000 hairs on his head. The period of each strand of hair grows only between 2 to 6 years, then fall out. Then in the pores of the same, the new hair starts to grow. The life cycle of a hair is called the hair cycle.
Hair cycle starts from the growth phase, a short transition phase, and the resting phase. Hair stops growing during each phase of the rest. Growth phase consists of the initial growth phase and the phase of active growth. After that, there is a transition phase and resting phase. Hair follicles remain in a resting until the next growth phase.
In the next growth phase, the hair that has been resting will be driven out of the pores of the scalp. This causes hair loss. For people who do not have a hair problem, every day approximately 70 to 100 hairs fall out naturally.
What else you need to know about hair? Hair grows more than 10 millimeters per month. That's why the hair is part of the body of the fastest growing. The length of the entire growth of hair on your head can reach 20 meters per day.

Thank you for that information my friend.
Now, i shouldn't be worried, if i saw fallen hairs for at least 20 strands, whenever i comb my wet hair, after i shampooed and conditioned it.

I think that the information is quite accurate from the things I have read over the years. My hair used to be a lot thicker when I was a teenager. Now that I am 28 my hair is so much thinner. I dont like it at all. It used to be really curly like ringlets but after each pregnancy my hair got a little bit straighter.
