Hi, let's be creative and think a way that you can do to attract young people to vote for head of state election. Go beyond the obvious, We already know we could vote by SMS, on digital kiosks or on Facebook. How could we make that experience even easier, richer and more engaging for young people? Even in my country sometimes young people would take the voting day as a holiday day off instead of voting. What do you think? Let's be creative.

Not entirely.
Probably pre election day.
They have a bunch of musicians at a venue, and also have some stands nearby to help people register to vote, and then let them know voting day and their polling places.

I don't think you necesarily get better government by making it easy to vote. If there are people who can't be bothered voting because they don't want to have to walk to the polling station, they obviously don't have strong views about the political issues of the day. In which case, why encourage them to vote? People who think about the issues and care enough will vote no matter how inconvenient it is.

Hello maz, are there a lot of young voters in your country? In my opinions, any ideas that attract young people to vote is not a long term solution, and probably is not going work out effectively. Government should instil the ideas of voting and election in education since people start to learn and understand the important of election. Anyhow, I don't think many government does so...
