Bear Grylls, one of the big stars of Discovery Channel in the past years thanks to the show 'Man vs Wild' which probably brought huge audiences to the station, parted ways with Discovery and is probably ready for new challenges.I must admit that I watched with extreme curiosity the adventures of this adventurous,nature-loving and even a little crazy man in different environments all over the world and I was fascinated, sometimes even terrified by what I saw in his shows, but I will definitely miss his exciting series on Discovery.Did you watch his adventures in the wild? And if you did,do you think you would be able to do some of the crazy things he performed in an ultimate survival situation? And would you like to watch him again in new shows produced by other TV stations?

Discovery Channel is no longer Discovery Channel without Bear Grylls . I watched obvious interest in Bear Grylls's shows, even though there are rumors that many of them are directed. His shows were some life lessons, not just a television show. I do not think Discovery will be able to find a replacement as of Bear Grylls, although there are other interesting issues of survival in two, couple, etc..A great man, a knack, a certainly return to other projects, other TV channels. We are waiting with great interest. And, although in extreme situations of survival, we know that the human body beyond its limits, and although I think I am a survivor, I do not know if I can do really crazy things that make Bear.Bravo's!

Discovery Channel certainly lost a great personality after ending their collaboration with Bear Grylls and it will surely be very hard for them to find a substitute as charismatic as him.Anyway,I just hope to see new shows from Bear Grylls on other channels because he still has a lot of exciting and crazy stuff to show us.

I didn't really care for his show, but it was a favorite of my sister and her husband. I did, however, read his book and he has led a fascinating life. I was surprised to hear that they had parted ways this week.

Yes,indeed,it was a big and unpleasant surprise for his fans, but I'm convinced he will continue doing his shows for another TV station because he is indeed capable of doing things that few of us would dare do even if we were somewhere out in the wilderness and away from civilization. From this point of view I think his shows are educational and he should continue doing them.
