Are you getting "The Force Close" dialog box? I got this error when I first got an Android phone. I researched the resolution but unfortunately there are no definite answer. What I did is I tried to explore my phone then found out what to do.
Force Close dialog box appears when an application installed on an Android device has stopped responding or has otherwise created a system conflict. Android needs to terminate the application in order for the system to operate normally. Reasons are numerous and depend on what application is force closing, what the circumstances are, and possibly how much memory is available on the device.
?Issue
-Application Incompatibility
?Resolution
-Some apps will not be compatible with the device,Android version , or other installed applications on the device. The app publisher may not be aware of incompatibilities pertaining to this device. Contacting the publisher will prompt them to research and update the application.
-Chec the publisher's application install screen(Android Market,Amazon Appstore, etc.) to ensure the application is compatible. If not, uninstall the app, and contact the app publisher for tech support.
?Issue
-Corrupted or Incomplete Installation
?Resolution
-Uninstall and reinstall the application.
?Issue
-Cache Unstable
?Resolution
-Clear the cache(SettingsApplication Management[Application] Clear Data) and restart the application.
These process works but if ever your stil having the same issue try contacting your provider for further technical support.
